Operating with 5 production cells on a multi-shift system Robafoam has the capacity for both high and low volume part processing. Located in our technical centre is a large R&D system capable of parts up to 2m x 3m.
Our 6 axis robot systems apply foam to a wide range of substrates, including plastics, metals, and glass. From simple flat parts to complex 3D profiles and double face applications.
Being ISO9001-2015 accredited and a wide range of blue-chip clients, means new customers can rely on quality and dedication to efficient production. Robafoam can accommodate consignment stock supply and will facilitate supply chain control with part purchasing.
We use the CeraCon gasket system in our outdoor wall grazing luminaires, and we are extremely happy with the performance of the gasket. As you might imagine, LED luminaires don’t take kindly to water ingress – especially when they are in the ground, so having a high performance gasket solution is key to customer satisfaction.
